Ordering:
- Orders have to be placed at least 3 days in advance for other goodies and 6 days in advance for cakes and cupcakes!

- Should you require a rush order, please contact us via WhatsApp. If your rush order is accepted, please note there will be a rush order fee of $200 applied to your invoice

- Your final product will not be a 100% replica of the picture provided by us. Each product is unique and will have its own flair.

- Should you have any changes to your order, please contact us via WhatsApp message immediately

- Any messages included in the “special requests” section will be printed verbatim on a card, kindly make sure to double check your message!

Delivery and collection :
- Delivery fee will range from product to product as some are more delicate than the others. Deliveries will be fulfilled by a third party delivery company 

- Delivery times are limited and we will try our best to ensure that your product is delivered on time. However please allow a buffer of 1 hour around the time slot you have selected 

- Self collection is available, however it is only on appointment basis (please enter an exact time upon ordering)

- Pretti Baked is not liable or responsible for any damages to any part of the order after the items leave our HQ

Payment:
 

- Payment may be made through FPS or Bank Transfer

- All sales are considered final and no refund or replacement will be provided should any damage occur during transit
